Personal Excellence
The purpose of the Personal Excellence development track is to provide Rice employees the tools needed to establish the interpersonal relationships that are essential to performing successfully in the workplace. Designed for anyone who desires to foster, develop, maintain, or improve working relationships with individuals both within and outside of the Rice community, courses in this track include:
