Learn the new electronic process for submitting PAFs
Adobe Sign, a digital signature tool, is providing a solution for the approval of campus electronic processes. In an effort to help streamline the personnel transaction submission process, the Adobe Sign Personnel Action Form (PAF) was implemented to take the place of previous traditional methods of PAF submission. Effective November 1, 2019, HR will solely accept PAF’s through Adobe Sign. The office of Human Resources (HR) is offering Adobe Sign PAF hands-on training to help department/division users, who initiate and/or approve PAF’s, assimilate to this process change.
Adobe Sign PAF training agenda:
- Introduction to PAF’s
- PAF life cycle
- Transactional processes for temporary new hire, temporary rehire, reappointment, and pay changes
Target audience: Department/division staff that initiate and/or approve PAF’s
Course length: 90 minutes
Cost: There is no charge to the department for this training
Facilitators: Danielle Rossi and Leslie Peralta, HR Compensation and Data team
